Reservations
To secure your preferred yacht and departure time, a deposit is required.
Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. All yachts remain open for general booking until a deposit is received for a specific date and time.
All deposits or down payments made to reserve a yacht charter and any additional services are applied toward administrative processing and operational arrangements. Once received, your deposit secures the yacht for your selected date and time, removing it from availability and preventing other bookings.
Please note: All deposits and down payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations/Refunds
Rescheduling
In the event of weather conditions that prevent safe yacht operations, your charter may be rescheduled. We offer flexible rescheduling for up to one year in cases of severe weather.
To reschedule for any reason, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure. Your deposit will be fully applied to a future date at no additional cost.
